These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

APPLICABLE LAW; DISPUTES; REMEDIES

TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS

We may terminate these Terms, or suspend or terminate your access to www.westochre.com, at any time if (a) we believe you have breached these Terms, (b) we stop providing www.westochre.com or any material component thereof, or (c) as we believe necessary to comply with applicable law. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of www.westochre.com and, if applicable, deleting your Account.
