Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days on items still in their original, unused, unwashed (if applicable) condition. Exceptions would be final sale items or items not in their original, unused, unwashed condition.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Shipping cost for the return is paid for by the customer. Please send your returned items to West Ochre, 4990 Hornbeam Ct, Loveland CO 80538.
