Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

All orders ship from our Loveland, Colorado studio via USPS or UPS.

  • Standard processing time is 1-5 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Once a package is handed to the mail carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Please refer to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email to see updated delivery dates.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping in the US!

Do you offer international shipping?

We do! Choose International Shipping at checkout. International shipping has a base flat rate of $20, with $3 fee per item in the package. For example, if you purchased two shirts and want your package sent to the UK, your shipping cost would be $26 ($20 for shipping international, then $3 per shirt in the package). International shipping is not eligible for free shipping. Once your international order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking information.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may:

  • Pay to have your package reshipped (please correct the address error!), or

  • Ask to receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost

What if my order arrived incorrect or damaged?

Oh no! If we made a mistake, we’ll do our best to make it right!

Please email info@westochre.com within 72 hrs of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll send a replacement (free of shipping charge) or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused in transit.
